Product Refund Eligibility-

Our product refund policy is as follows:

Product Defect: If a skincare product purchased from us is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange for another product of equal value. No refunds are issued on used products due to health concerns and potenial tampering. This pollicy helps ensure ALL of our clients products are new and never used.

Services Refund Policy-

As per industry standard, refunds are not offered for services rendered at Skin By Char. We strive to ensure your satisfaction at all times. If you have questions before, during or after services PLEASE ask, we are here not only to perform services but to educate you as well. It is up to the customer to follow through with any and all guidance in the consent forms submitted during their initial consultation. The consent forms clearly explain at home regimen steps each client should adhere to. Results vary depending upon many factors which include client participation on a daily basis to ensure services rendered are effective.

Refund Conditions-

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused to qualify for a refund or exchange.  Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or as a credit toward future purchases.
